Reviews and Ratings
Staying at the hotel was a delightful experience. The room was incredibly comfortable with a very silent atmosphere, which I found to be a great touch. The decor of the Junior Suite King was truly spectacular. However, the walls were a bit thin. The service was exceptional, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The location was superb, making it easy to explore various attractions on foot. The dining experience was more than satisfactory, leaving me impressed. Overall, a memorable stay with some minor room issues.
My stay at the hotel was wonderful. The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, and had excellent bathroom facilities, making them high quality and very clean. However, I had to wait until late afternoon for my room to be ready, which was a bit inconvenient.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, with its beautifully furnished rooms and comfortable bed, though check-in was a bit delayed. The service was exceptional, with incredibly nice staff willing to assist with anything. The location was perfect for exploring Vienna, only a short walk from the opera house and other attractions. The dining was good but slightly overpriced. Overall, a great value for the money.
My stay at the hotel was truly exceptional. The rooms were beautiful, spacious, and virtually silent, offering a comfortable bed and wonderful bedding. The service was most accommodating and helpful, retrieving any requests promptly. The location was perfect for exploring Vienna's superb offerings, although a bit small. The dining experience was excellent, with an array of fresh and healthy options. The facilities were top-notch, leaving nothing to be desired.
The hotel offers spacious and warm rooms with all the amenities you could want, almost a month in advance of our stay. The communal areas could use a bit of updating, though.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely delightful. The rooms had been beautifully decorated for us, and we even received a lovely champagne delivery. Everything was very quiet, clean, and tidy, with the staff going above and beyond by bringing us flowers daily and surprising us with treats in the morning and evening. The complementary fruit and sweets were a nice touch, adding to the overall wonderful experience. However, the dining options could be improved, and some might find it a bit pricey for what is offered.
The hotel rooms felt like art, peaceful, and welcoming. The service was amazing, and the location was close to the center but slightly far from some points of interest. The dining was lovely, with an impressive bar area. The facilities were top-notch.
